Voluntary Noise Abatement
McClellan-Palomar Airport is attentive to the concerns of nearby residents regarding airport noise. The airport has initiated a voluntary “FLY QUIET PROGRAM” aimed at reducing noise pollution. The noise abatement procedures outlined in this document are intended to lessen aircraft noise in residential areas close to the airport. Participation in this program is voluntary and should not affect flight safety.
